Mumford and Sons announce album launch shows in Glasgow and Dundee – here's how to get tickets
Announcing the record store shows on social media, Mumford and Sons wrote “We 💙Scotland”.
Mumford and Sons have announced two exclusive album launch shows in Scotland next month.
Following their show at the OVO Hydro last December, the folk rock band will perform at the Livehouse in Dundee on Wednesday, February 4 and SWG3 in Glasgow on Thursday, February 5.
In collaboration with Assai Records, the 45-minute performances are in celebration of their upcoming album Prizefighter. The new record, which includes recent single Rubber Band Man featuring Hozier, is due out on Friday, February 20.
Announcing the news on social media, Mumford and Sons said: “We 💙Scotland.”

How to get tickets for Mumford & Sons in Glasgow and Dundee
Part of Mumford and Sons’ Prizefighter record store tour, tickets will be available exclusively through Assai Records.
Tickets for both shows will be available through the shop’s website from 10am on Thursday, January 22.

How much are tickets?
Almost all of the tickets will be available in bundle, which helps support the store, artist and venue and helps events such as this happen.
As such, tickets for Mumford and Sons’ Dundee and Glasgow shows are priced as follows:
- CD and 1 ticket — £26.00
- 2 CDs and 2 tickets — £52.00
- Indies 'Icarus' Amber Colour LP and 1 ticket — £40.00
- 1 White Colour LP, 1 CD and 1 ticket — £38.00*
- 1 Indies 'Icarus' Amber Colour LP, 1 CD and 2 tickets — £66.00
- Ticket Only — £22.50 (Note, these are limited to 1 per customer/ household)
All bundles are limited to 4 per person/household, and any records or CDs will be available for collection or delivery on album release day (Friday, February 20).

When will Mumford & Sons play Dundee and Glasgow?
Mumford and Sons will perform at Livehouse in Dundee on Wednesday, February 4 and Glasgow’s SWG3 on Thursday, February 5.
Stage times for Mumford & Sons’ album launch shows
While subject to change, event timings for both shows are rough as follows:
- Doors open: 9pm
- Mumford & Sons: 10.15pm
- Gig ends: 11pm
What else do I need to know?
If you’re planning on purchasing a ticket, you must be over 14 and if you are under 16 you must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
In addition, Assai Records operate a lead booker system for their shows which means that the name of the person who booked the event will be on each ticket and that concertgoers will need to bring ID such as a bank card, driving licence, or passport to the venue.
The organiser also warns that if you are attending with a guest, you both must arrive at the venue together.
