eBay brings its roadshow to Northern Ireland for a third consecutive year

While drawing on diverse culinary inspirations, Christina and Jonny remain steadfast in their dedication to using local produce and will continue to actively source ingredients from the island of Ireland. The restaurant's motto, ‘Eat Local, Think Global’ underscores its commitment to fostering a culinary experience that celebrates the best of both worlds.

Recognising changing customer behaviours, the duo has crafted an offering tailored to the current climate which is more relaxed and child-friendly, including a new alfresco dining area.

They have transitioned back to an à la carte menu and are excited to introduce some new options: a Sunday roast menu featuring traditional favourites, and a pre-theatre menu, and a Chateaubriand offer for two.

"We're thrilled to begin this new chapter with Saga," said Christina and Jonny.

"Our journey to this point hasn’t always been straightforward - and that's exactly what inspired the name 'Saga'. As restaurant owners we've faced difficult challenges, but our passion and joy for culinary exploration has remained strong.

“Our aim is simple: to craft a warm and inviting dining experience that embraces the best of local and global flavours. By introducing our new à la carte menu, Sunday roast options, and pre-theatre selections, we hope to offer something special for every guest."
