Celebrated Scottish Michelin Star restaurant on the market

A multi-award winning Scottish restaurant situated in a stunning west coast location is up for sale for the first time in over 10 years.

A Scottish restaurant that’s held a Michelin Green Star for five years, as well as three AA Rostettes has been put on the market.

Inver, which is located on the shores of Loch Fyne on the west coast, has been run by chef Pam Brunton and her partner Rob Latimer for over 10 years, and has become a much loved, and award-winning dining destination that celebrates and showcases sustainable and seasonal Scottish produce. It’s also home to luxury bothies and Shepard's huts.

Inver is now on the market with Dalton Business - for the first time in over 10 years with a leasehold price of £275,000.

A business which celebrates Scotland’s larder and set in a restored croft, alongside eco-bothies and shepherds huts all overseeing the ruined Old Lachlan Castle.

“The business developed over the last 10 years by our clients and now possessing a Green Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes, Inver is recognised across the UK as one of the finest examples for food sustainability and eco-responsibility and is listed in many worldwide restaurant guides.

“The business is located on the spectacular West Coast of Scotland and on a lochside location. Positioned on land overlooking Lachlan Bay and Loch Fyne this business is in Strathlachlan, due south of the village of Strachur on the B8000. It sits about one and half hours from Glasgow and two and half hours from Edinburgh by road.”

Guests to Inver can expect simple, local and often foraged ingredients within dishes on the a la carte lunch menu or six course tasting menu for dinner.

Chef patron Pam Brunton, who released an award-winning book, Between Two Waters in 2024, champions seasonal seafood, meat and game, which has seen her restaurant consistently win awards and praise.
