Drink recipe: McLean's Gin hot gin punch
Warm up this winter with this hot gin punch from McLean's Gin.
The team at McLean's Gin have created this handy hot gin punch kit, and share the recipe with us. Ideal as a gift for a gin fan, or just as something new to try at home this winter, the kit includes a seasonal winter spiced gin.
Ingredients
- 200ml McLean's Winter Spiced Gin
- 1 x carton (1L) cloudy apple juice
- 4 x Cinnamon sticks
- 4 x orange slices
- 16 x Allspice berries
- 16 x cloves

Method
For the hot gin punch
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and warm on a gentle heat.
At the first sight of vapour, remove the pan from the heat (this is precious gin evaporating!)
Strain into your favourite mug (even better if this happens to be a McLean's Gin enamel mug which comes with the set).
