Valvona and Crolla has announced that it has opened its doors again after being forced to close last month amid the lockdown measures in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

The shop is open Monday to Friday, and social distancing will be in place. Previously customers had been able to shop on the online outlet.

Posting on their team, along with a picture of staff in masks, the team said: "The shop is open, and we look forward to welcoming you Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. (We're all smiling under our masks!)"

On 30 April it was announced that the shop would re-open, with a tweet saying: "Our 19 Elm Row shop will reopen on Monday 4th May. Hours of opening Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. We look forward to welcoming you with social distancing in place. Or shop online http://valvonacrolla.com."
