Dundee crime: Man, 43, charged over Hogmanay death at Dundee flat block

The man is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday.
A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a death at a Dundee multi-storey housing tower on Hogmanay.
Emergency services were called around 2.05pm on Wednesday, December 31, after a 38-year-old man was found dead at Tulloch Court.

The man was seen on CCTV wearing a black and grey striped beanie hat, a dark puffer jacket, dark jogging bottoms and black Nike trainers with white soles, but was not wearing the hat and shoes when discovered.
A 43-year-old man has now been arrested and charged in connection with the death.
He is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday.
