Morison Gardens incident: Edinburgh street taped off as blue tent and forensics team spotted
The road is currently closed to traffic while enquiries take place
Police and forensic officers have descended on a residential street in South Queensferry amid an ongoing investigation.
Emergency services including ambulances were seen in Morison Gardens on Friday morning, and a blue tent has been erected outside a property.
The road has been cordoned off while an investigation is carried out, with officers in white hazmat suits spotted walking around the area.
An eyewitness said: “Looks like there's a serious crime investigation going on in Morison Street above the co-op car park.
“Swathes of police, forensics and a blue tent. Road taped off so no through traffic.”
Police Scotland has not yet issued any information about the incident and has been contacted for comment.
