SF Minister should not be allowed to use '˜mythical names'
This is a serious reform study and should not include mythical names that are constitutionally divisive. The Good Friday Agreement signed by the governments of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and ratified by a democratic referendum clearly recognises two separate jurisdictions. Both Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland have separate legal systems. The other members of the Executive need to vote down such behaviour and make a statement in support of proper use of titles and names.
