The funeral takes place tomorrow (Saturday) for former CEO of the Chest Heart and Stroke Assocation and former chair of the Public Health Agency, Andrew Dougal OBE.

A family notice said that Mr Dougal passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast on the 17 of June.

It added that his death was deeply regretted by his wife Fiona, son Jack and beloved sisters and brothers Mary Rose, Margaret, John, Gerard and Michael and his many other relatives and friends.Mr Dougal will be reposing in O'Kanes Funeral Home, 2 St Judes Avenue, Ormeau Road, Belfast on Friday with his family present from 3pm-6pm.

The Funeral Mass is at 10am on Saturday 22 June, in the Good Shepherd Church, Ormeau Road, followed by cremation at Roselawn at noon.
