Seamount Court: Police probe 'unexplained' death of man found in Aberdeen tower block

Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a tower block in Aberdeen on Sunday.

Officers were called to Seamount Court, near to the North East Scotland College building, at around 4.50pm.

They said the death is being treated as unexplained.

A spokesperson said: “Around 4.50pm on Sunday, 1 February, 2026, we received a report of the death of a man at Seamount Court, Aberdeen.

“The death is being treated as unexplained.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
