Man, 73, dies after being hit by a tree
A 73-year-old man died yesterday while cutting down trees, police said.
He was hit by a falling tree in Luton. A Bedfordshire Police spokeswoman said: “We can confirm an elderly man has died while cutting down trees in a wooded area in Luton.
“He was pronounced dead at the scene. His death is not being treated as suspicious and his family have been informed.”
