Designed by nature travel experts Off Grid Travel, the Bothy is a off-grid eco-retreat for four people (and their dogs) sitting in the glorious Fife countryside.
Located on the sprawling Cambo Estate in the pretty East Neuk, the ingeniously-designed lodge is crafted from sustainable Scottish timber, with a wood-burning stove providing heat and solar powered electicity - meaning you can be sure of a zero-carbon stay.
There’s no sacrificing luxury though, with a spacious shower room, ‘proper’ flushing toilet, fluffy towels and eco-toiletries.
Two sleeping nooks both contain double beds with luxury eco-bedding, while there’s plenty of space to relax in the communal living area and a well-equipped kitchen.
Outside there’s plenty of private space too, with a 7ft teepee and firepit perfect for toasting marshmallows, a hammock for ultimate relaxation and a picnic blanket for al fresco feasts.
