Take away the teeth-grindingly irritating whistles and bells and there is a lovely show here. Fogg is sweet and, despite the act, engaging.
There is some good material – it is just that some idiot thought it would be better to take the good stuff and have a perfectly good stand-up tit around in a headband under layers of inept gimmickry.
