Happy Gilmore 2 might just break a world record for most cameos in a film. The long-awaited sequel arrives after nearly 30 years and it is packed to the brim with celebrity appearances.
From podcasters to musicians and of course golf stars, there are so many you probably struggled to keep track. Remind yourself of who is in the cast of the Netflix movie.
Adam Sandler is back as the titular character, but this time he has assembled an incredible list of stars to join him. The movie landed on streaming on Friday (July 25) - just in time for the weekend.
Having dived in to watch it myself - counting the original as among my childhood favourites - I have decided to rank all of the celebrity appearances in the movie. The list goes from worst to best, based on my own enjoyment, and includes a very surprising number one!

21. 20 - Marcello Hernández - Esteban
Not being an American, I am not familiar with Saturday Night Live and Marcello. But I found him to be fun at Esteban, the cousin of Bad Bunny’s Oscar. I think if he had appeared just one time, he might have been higher on the list. | Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images Photo: Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images
22. 19 - Fernando Marrero - Screech
The Maxi golfers all suffer from not really getting much screen time - or a chance to be more than just a one-note joke. But Screech was my favourite of the group, at least the gag works. | Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images Photo: Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images
23. 18 - The Golfers
Plenty of pros make appearances in the film - I will mention a couple separately. But they all do a fine job, even if some are a bit more wooden than others. | Netflix Photo: Netflix
24. 17 - Andrew Watt - golf receptionist
One of the two receptionists at the amateur golf course Happy attends in the first act - his cameo is less memorable than the other, which we will get to later in this list. Still he is fun and I enjoy how terrible the fake sleeping is. | Mike Coppola/Getty Images Photo: Mike Coppola/Getty Images
