After months of speculation Oasis have announced another series of gigs and there’s good news for Scottish fans, with the tour starting with five concerts at Glasgow’s Celtic Park next year.
The band will play the football stadium on Glasgow on May 21, 23, 25, 28 and 29 - with fans currently being urged to register for the chance to bag tickets priced from £71.50-£263.50.
It comes more than a year since Edinburgh turned into Oasis-town for the band’s much-anticipated visit as part of the first part of their reunion tour.
Over the three nights, nearly 210,000 fans sang along to every word of their heroes’ back catalogue in a crowd-pleasing set that drew heavily on their first two albums.
Those concerts saw Cast and Richard Ashcroft provide support before Oasis played for over two hours.
It has already been announced that Verve frontman Ashcroft (the inspiration fo Oasis fan favourite ‘Cast No Shadow’) will be returning to play with the Gallaghers at Celtic Park, but that leaves at least one space on the bill for another act to play what could be the biggest gigs of their lives.
Here are 13 acts who are being tipped to appear.

1. VILLANELLE
If the Gallaghers are handpicking their supports then Liam might well suggest VILLANELLE. The band, who supported him on last solo headline tour in 2024, just happen to feature his son Gene Gallagher. | Getty Images for YSL BEAUTY

2. Callum Beattie
Scotland's Callum Beattie has enjoyed a meteoric rise in recent years - selling out the Hydro and performing at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony. If Oasis are looking for a local opener they need look no further. | Getty Images

3. Kasabian
Kasabian and Oasis have always felt like kindred spirits. The band, now fronted by Sergio Pizzorno following the deprture of Tom Meighan, supported Oasis at their Murrayfield gig in 2019 and could be set for a repeat. | Getty Images for Live Nation

4. Paul Weller
The Modfather is a close friend of Noel Gallagher, who played guitar on the track 'I Walk on Gilded Splinters' on Weller's album 'Stanley Road'. The favour was returned, with Weller playing on Oasis' 'Champagne Supernova'. He has a huge catalogue of hits to pick from, both from his solo career and his time with bands The Jam and The Style Council. It would be a choice guaranteed to get Celtic Park singing before the main event. | Getty Images
