- But when exactly can you expect it to come out?
A dangerous journey is set to begin on this week’s episode of Pluribus. The mysterious sci-fi series is set to continue its debut season shortly.
From the mind behind Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, the show has kept viewers gripped since it debuted back in November. Unlike other streaming series, it is being released weekly on Apple TV.
But when can you tune in and what to expect this week? Here’s all you need to know:
When does Pluribus come out on Apple TV?

The science-fiction series is being released weekly, so viewers get to enjoy plenty of speculation between episodes.
Pluribus is set to have nine episodes in total, Apple TV has confirmed - with US date and UK dates. The full schedule is as follows:
- November 6/ 7 - episode 1 & 2
- November 13/ 14 - episode 3
- November 20/ 21 - episode 4
- November 25/26 - episode 5
- December 4/5 - episode 6
- December 11/12 - episode 7
- December 18/19 - episode 8
- December 25/ 26 - episode 9
However, Apple did move the release date for episode five due to Thanksgiving and so the finale might not be set in stone.
What time does Pluribus come out on Apple TV?
Apple is timing the release of episodes of Pluribus to land in a prime spot for American audiences - unlike its usual timings. The platform even crashed during the launch of episodes one and two last week, users claimed on social media.
Pluribus episode seven will be released at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT in America today (December 11). This works out at 2am British time and 3am CEST for European audiences on Friday (December 12).
What to expect from Pluribus this week?
Apple TV has confirmed it will be called ‘The Gap’ and is set to run for 45 minutes. The synopsis reads: “Manousos begins a dangerous trek to meet Carol.
“Returning home from Las Vegas, Carol gets creative with her rebellion.”
Online speculation has linked the episode’s title ‘The Gap’ with the Darién Gap - which is the border between North and South America. It has been described as ‘treacherous’ to pass and that would certainly fit the ‘dangerous trek’ part of the synopsis!
Who is in the cast of Pluribus?
Apple TV has been very secretive about the show, beyond a simple tag line, and information is scarce. However, we do know some of the cast including the main star.
Emmy-nominated actor Rhea Seehorn, who played Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul - the prequel to Breaking Bad. She will be joined by the following actors: Karolina Wydra (“Sneaky Pete”) and Carlos-Manuel Vesga (“The Hijacking of Flight 601”), and guest stars Miriam Shor (“American Fiction”) and Samba Schutte (“Our Flag Means Death”).
Karolina plays Zosia, who has been absent for a couple of episodes now. Meanwhile, Carlos-Manuel Vesga is Manousos, one of Carol’s fellow survivors.
