When is The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked on?
Directly following the end of the series premiere, Ed Gamble-hosted video podcast The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked will be on BBC One at 9.15pm.
Comedian Gamble sits down with banished and murdered players, as well as previous players (both celebrity and non-celebrity) to unpack all of the latest drama.
Each episode features exclusive interviews with unseen footage, including the Faithful discovering who the Traitors are for the first time. There will also be bonus episodes available on BBC Sounds with extended interviews and in-depth analysis.
In addition, for The Celebrity Traitors series 2, Claudia Winkleman will give her insight into how she decides which contestants are suitable to be Traitors in a special one-off episode of Traitor or Faithful? Claudia Decides which will land on BBC iPlayer at 9.15pm this evening.
What are this year’s rules?
As with any series of The Traitors, this year’s batch of 21 celebrity contestants will be playing a game of deceit in the hopes of winning a cash prize of £100,000 for a charity of their choice.
Participants will live together in the Traitors castle, where they must work with one another to complete challenges and add money to the cash pot.
However, there will be three - currently unknown - Traitors muddying the waters, and sabotaging challenges on behalf of their smaller group in order to eliminate the Faithful in order to scoop the money for themselves.
The group of three saboteurs will gather in their dramatic cloaks each evening to “murder” a Faithful, who must exit the game immediately.
The next morning at breakfast, surviving constants will sit waiting to uncover exactly who has “died” in the night, then later that day the full group will gather at the round table to banish any suspected Traitors, who will reveal on their way out which team they belong to.
To win, only the Faithful may remain in order to split the prize pot - but if even one Traitor survives all of the money goes to them.
